TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS

 Sale Of Goods

The Fair Tribe follows a marketplace model of enterprise, therefore, the contract of sale of goods is directly between the buyer and the vendor with The Other Side  acting solely as a platform to identify prospective products of interest and not as the vendor itself. Any matters or concerns relating to the contract of sale of goods, the products purchased, the quality of the products, or the disruption, delay, return, or cancellation of products must be addressed to the vendor directly and not The Other Side. The Other Side does not have any responsibilities and obligations under any contract that may be formed between the vendor and the buyer and is not a party to the contract of sale of goods.

Shipping And Return Policy

The vendors available on our website are based across different countries all over Europe. If you purchase separate orders from separate vendors, you shall not receive all the orders at the same time. Since each vendor on The Other Side  has their own individual shipping and return policy with their own individual shipping times and expected times of delivery. Customers are always entitled to return purchased items within 14 days of placing an order.

The Other Side is not in any way responsible for shipping, delivery, or return of products. To access each vendor’s separate terms concerning shipping and return, please visit each individual vendor’s website to see the policies in detail.

Taxation Policy

Since the products will be shipped across all European countries, buyers shall be required to pay “Value-Added Tax” or “VAT”. For countries that are in Europe but not part of the “European Union” or “EU”, buyers may be required to pay additional local taxes and charges. The buyer is solely responsible for the payment of all taxes including VAT, customs taxes, and local taxes wherever applicable. The Other Side shall not be responsible for any unforeseen or additional charges as a result of taxes that are not accounted for on our website.

Availability Of Products

The Other Side  provides its platform as a marketplace for vendors across Europe and does not have ownership of, control over, or access to the products being advertised on the website directly. As a consequence, it is possible that the product shown on the website may not be available for purchase or that it may be available for purchase in limited countries. You must contact the vendor directly in case the product you wish to purchase is not available. It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to ensure that they provide accurate product listings, and deal with the resulting consequences in case they do not.

Vendors must agree to provide accurate information about the products being advertised on the website including its claims of quality, claims of certifications, reviews, prices, legality, and safety. Any gross inaccuracy or misrepresentation may result in the termination of your access to use our services.

Cancellation Of Orders

For any cancellation of orders, the vendor must correspond with the buyer directly. The Other Side  does not facilitate this correspondence.

Limitation Of Liability

The Other Side  shall not be liable if for any reason your services are unavailable and cause damage to the buyer. Any claims that arise in relation to the products purchased through The Other Side  including claims of injury, loss, damage, damage caused by shipping delays or cancellations, and harm will be brought directly against the vendor from whom the product has been purchased, and not against The Other Side. The Other Side  shall not be held liable by the vendor for a buyer’s non-performance of contract as any obligations under the contract of sale of goods is solely between the vendor and the buyer. The Other Side shall also not be held responsible for any use of the product by the buyer that is unlawful or that facilitates any unlawful acts.

Termination Of Access

Vendors must agree to provide accurate, comprehensive, and transparent information about the process of product production and ensure that the process complies with fair trade regulations. The Other Side upon its sole determination can decide to terminate the vendor’s access to its service in case it deems that a vendor is complicit in unlawful activity; selling illegal products; promoting the use of its products for unlawful purposes; providing false information about the products; infringing proprietary and intellectual property rights; intimidating or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; collecting and tracking the personal information of others without their knowledge or consent; or any other way that does not comply with The Other Side’s community standards.
