VINTERVIKEN – Vendor Info (29–30 Nov & 13–14 Dec)
We’re so happy to have you at Vinterviken this holiday season!
Both weekends take place at Vinterviksvägen 60 (closest subway: Aspudden).
It’s always such a cosy, creative crowd here and these markets usually get great foot traffic — so you’re in for a good weekend.
Set-Up
• Arrival from 08:30
• Your table needs to be fully ready by 10:30
• If you’re late without contacting me, your table may be reassigned
• Map + table number comes the day before the market
• VIP members get to pick their spots in advance
Tables & Display
• Table size: 183 × 74 cm
• Bring your own tablecloth or textile
• Bring a small lamp — natural light is lovely, but it gets dim later in the afternoon
• You can leave your setup overnight (Saturday → Sunday), just cover your table
• Artist Spots: a light display wall behind you (for lightweight posters/prints)
• Designer Spots: you may bring one small clothing rack (must be compact)
Food, Parking & Extras
• Free coffee is available 09:00–10:45
• Please unload at the entrance, then move your car — customer parking is for visitors
• On Saturday at 16:00, join us for a little after-market mingle at the bar
→ vendors get 10% off a glass of wine
Promotion
I promote the market with paid ads, a Facebook event, local posters, and listings in event calendars.
Your promotion also helps a lot:

Welcome to The Other Side Market at St. Paul’s kyrka, Mariatorget 10!
This is a bright, lively venue with great lighting, a central location and lots of curious weekend visitors.
Set-Up
• Arrival from 09:00
• Please check in with me before you start setting up
• Market hours are 11:00–17:00 — everyone stays until closing
• We must be completely packed up by 17:50
• Table number + map is sent the day before the market
Tables & Display
• Table size: 130 × 74 cm, includes one chair
• Bring a tablecloth or textile
• Lighting is excellent — you don’t need an extra lamp
• Artist Spots: a light display wall behind you (for lightweight posters/prints)
• Designer Spots: you may bring one small clothing rack (must be compact)
Food, Parking & Extras
• Free coffee for vendors: 09:00–11:00
• There’s a café and restaurant in the venue with nice lunch and fika
• Street parking available nearby (always check the signs)
Promotion
I run paid ads, keep a Facebook event active, put up local posters, add the market to event calendars, and have signage outside the venue.
